Free Coins for New Users

Every new account gets 75 free coins to start.

What 75 coins gets you:

  • Reveal 75 profiles, OR

  • Run 3 interviews (72 coins) + reveal 3 profiles, OR

  • Post 0.9 jobs (need to add 5 more coins), OR

  • Mix and match

Test the platform before committing to a plan.


Subscription Plans

Monthly plans with included allowances.


As You Go (PAYGO)

No monthly fee. Pay only for what you use.

How it works:

  1. Buy coins in increments (min 20 coins = $10)

  2. Use coins for any product

  3. Top up as needed

Pricing:

  • Reveal profile: 1 coin ($0.50)

  • Post job: 80 coins ($40)

  • Run interview: 24 coins ($12)

Best for:

  • Testing before committing

  • Sporadic hiring needs

  • Low-volume recruiting

  • Supplementing subscription overages

Coins never expire.

When to Use Subscription vs PAYGO

Use Subscription if:

  • You hire consistently

  • You have multiple recruiters

  • You need team collaboration

  • You want predictable costs

  • You need ATS integration

Use PAYGO if:

  • You hire occasionally

  • You're a solo recruiter

  • You want flexibility

  • You're testing MeetAI first

PAYGO costs:

Starter Plan:

Topping Up Coins (PAYGO)

How to add coins:

  1. Dashboard → Billing

  2. Click "Add Coins"

  3. Select amount:

    • 20 coins ($10)

    • 50 coins ($25)

    • 100 coins ($50)

    • 200 coins ($100)

    • Custom amount

  4. Pay via card

Coins added instantly. Never expire.


Usage Tracking

Real-time dashboard shows:

  • Coins remaining (PAYGO)

  • Profiles/interviews/jobs used this cycle (subscription)

  • Days left in billing cycle

  • Projected usage based on trends

Email alerts at:

  • 50% usage

  • 75% usage

  • 90% usage

  • 100% usage (auto-charges overage or prompts upgrade)


Overage Handling

What happens when you hit your limit:

Subscription plans:

  • Auto-charges extra usage at per-unit rate

  • Example: Pro plan hits 300 profiles → next profile costs $0.50

PAYGO:

  • Transaction declines if insufficient coins

  • Prompt to top up

Upgrade option: System suggests upgrading if overage costs exceed next plan tier.

You're a solo recruiter, 1-2 roles/month:
→ Start with Free or PAYGO

You're a startup, 3-5 roles/quarter:
Starter Plan ($390/mo)

You're a growing company, multiple recruiters, 5-10 roles/quarter:
Pro Plan ($890/mo)

You're an agency or scaling fast, 10+ roles/month:
Growth Plan ($1,190/mo)

You're enterprise, 20+ open roles, need compliance:
Enterprise (custom pricing)


Switching Plans

How to upgrade:

  1. Billing → Change Plan

  2. Select higher tier

  3. Confirm

What happens:

  • Immediate access to new limits

  • Prorated charge for remainder of cycle

  • New billing cycle starts at upgrade date

How to downgrade:

  1. Billing → Change Plan

  2. Select lower tier

  3. Confirm

What happens:

  • New limits apply at next renewal

  • Prorated refund issued

  • Current cycle completes with existing limits

No penalty for switching.


Annual Billing (Save 17-20%)

Available for:

  • Starter: Save 17% ($3,900/year instead of $4,680)

  • Pro: Save 17% ($8,900/year instead of $10,680)

  • Growth: Save 20% ($11,400/year instead of $14,280)

How to switch to annual:

  1. Billing → Change Billing Cycle

  2. Select Annual

  3. Confirm

Billed once per year. No monthly charges.

ATS Integration:

  • Included: Enterprise

  • Other plans: $2,000/year

  • Connectors: Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, SmartRecruiters, Oracle, SAP, and 40+ more

  • 2-way sync: jobs, candidates, stages, notes

MCP Integration:

  • Included: Pro, Growth, Enterprise

  • Add-on for Free & Starter: $39/month per workspace

Refund Policy

Subscription plans:

  • Cancel anytime (Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan)

  • Prorated refund for unused time

  • Access continues until end of billing cycle

PAYGO:

  • Coins are non-refundable

  • But they never expire

Enterprise:

  • Custom terms per contract
